Food Income and Markets Programme

The Food, Income and Markets Program aims to reduce the incidence of poverty through support to livelihood options that lead to sustained improvements in lives of poor and vulnerable farmers and agropastorialists, particularly women and girls over the short- and long- term in the Northern Bahr el Ghazal State and ensure that these vulnerable groups become resilient to climate change stresses and shocks. The program worked in 14 payams in the counties of: Aweil West, Aweil Centre and Aweil North of the state.
