Conflict Management and Community Livelihoods Development

The goal of this project is to defuse tensions between Lebanese locals and Syrian refugees, and support local economic development. The project seeks two outcomes: 1. Key municipality staff and Lebanese and Syrian community leaders are trained in local resource management and conflict prevention to help mitigate resource-based tensions and defuse local conflicts 2. Municipalities and communities implement community livelihoods projects by addressing the resource-based tensions between Lebanese and Syrians. The project is being implemented by Nabad Association for Development
